  2. One of Jones’ best, IMO. It maintains a nice balance between funny and sentimental. And for me, it strikes a deeper chord – like Marc Anthony, I’ve been bowled over by a tiny little kitten 🙂 Thanks for the article!

  3. Thanks for giving this nearly forgotten gem a well-deserved and insightful deconstruction. Jones was at his best when he was given totally new characters to animate. Freed of all previous expectations, he could indulge his amazing creativity and devise some very odd combinations. I love how his big dog characters always seem to have the tiniest legs! Today, we could see that in our juiced-up athletes, but Jones had no such inspiration.
